Examples of appropriate responses: "3inches by 4inches" or "About 2inches long and 1inch high". DO NOT use words like "medium" or "very small". ** PLEASE NOTE ** The size you want your tattoo might not be possible and some changes may need to be made. The more detail you want, the larger the piece may have to be.

Times of the day / week that generally work best for you

These are times / days that you are usually available and would be able to get your tattoo during. DO NOT write "Any" unless you have completely open availability. Your provided availability should align with Cal Tattoo business hours to the best of your knowledge. Our artists sometimes keep different schedules than what is listed, but this will get us in the right ballpark!

If you are offered an appointment, please be prepared to pay a booking / design fee. It will be nonrefundable.

The amount will vary by artist and by tattoo and will be included in the information provided to you about your appointment.
